Biography:
Hello, My name is Mrs. Garcia. I teach first grade at Phil D. Swing in Room 38. I have been teaching for 16 years. I taught 2nd grade for 6 years and have been teaching 1st grade for 10 years. Before becoming a teacher for the Brawley Elementary School District, I was a substitute teacher for both the BESD and Westmorland School District.
